Conveyor equipment by EcoMechanics comes with a standard 1 year warranty.

During the warranty period, our engineers twice (1 month after the commissioning of the conveyors and 12 months after commissioning) visit customer site free of charge for technical audit, based on which further recommendations are given on the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment. If necessary, warranty maintenance is carried out.

Following the second warranty inspection (12 months after commissioning), in the absence of violations of the operating procedures, warranty on the equipment is extended by six months.

We are confident in the quality and reliability of the equipment we offer, therefore we are willing to take on the extended warranty obligations.
