Conveyors
We offer various types of conveyors: straight, sloped, L-shaped, U-shaped, Z-shaped (see Types of conveyors ), compatible with any belt types (see Conveyor belts ). For bulk handling, chute conveyors are available. We also offer chain / apron conveyors.
EcoMechanics conveyors are successfully used in industries like food, building materials production, printing etc., i.e. wherever bulk and unit loads have to be handled.
We design customized conveyors for specific tasks.
The most critical elements of a conveyor are its engine (reduction gear), bearings and belt. Therefore, we use only highest quality materials and components from reliable producing partners:
• Two-stage helical-bevel gear motors by Bonfiglioli (Italy) that proved themselves as reliable and offering excellent value for money
• Closed bearing units by ASAHI (Japan), known for their long service life
• Conveyor belts - layered fabric-ply reinforced wear-resistant belts only from European producers (Netherlands, Germany, Italy).
Other benefits offered by EcoMechanics conveyors include the following
• All conveyor head pulley are rubber-tired and barrel-shaped to increase traction and to self-center the belt
• Belt cleaning brushes are included
• Conveyors steel frames are assembled by EcoMechanics with high geometric precision by experienced highly qualified workers, which is important for the uniform tensioning and centering of the conveyor belts
• Conveyors have belt-edge seals to reduce clogging
• Flat guide supports of the conveyors are made of stainless steel.
